RoofShine was created to address a problem we have seen repeatedly: white roofs that are performing poorly because they are dirty and discoloured. White roofs are chosen for several reasons because they can dramatically reduce cooling costs for a building and they help to reduce the urban heat island effect that occurs in most cities.
